Forbes Gilbert-Green is a private client advisor - closer to a property family office than a high street estate agent. The team manages private clients’ property interests in Prime Central London and across Europe’s principal wealth capitals.
Our knowledge of the Super Prime market is forensic. We have set foot in many of the most exceptional homes in London and abroad, and transacted on some of the most significant - including three of the largest residential deals ever recorded in the capital. Our clients - private individuals, family offices and trusts - typically engage us across multiple properties, jurisdictions and generations, with advice bespoke to each mandate.

James Forbes, Director
James Forbes has over twenty-five years’ experience in Prime Central London. Before co-founding the firm he led Strutt & Parker’s flagship Sloane Street office, where he transacted on many of the city’s most notable homes. He works closely with private clients, and is known for his candour and discretion. Listed by Spear’s among London’s top 10 agents, he is consistently recommended by clients, peers, private banks and leading law firms.
James Gilbert-Green, Director
James Gilbert-Green spent 20 years at Strutt & Parker and Savills before co-founding the firm, and has brokered some of the most significant residential transactions in London and abroad. He is known for his forensic knowledge of the Super Prime property landscape. He is named annually in the Spear’s Top Ten Sales Agents and ranked by Chambers and Partners among London’s leading property advisors.
Simon Connell, Partner
Simon Connell has over twenty-five years’ experience in London’s prime residential markets. He spent twenty of those at Property Vision, becoming an equity partner in 2012, and has acted on hundreds of transactions for international and domestic clients. He is known among clients and peers for giving clear, honest and concise advice.
Georgia Williams, Associate
Georgia joined the firm in March 2023 and oversees its day-to-day operations, liaising with clients and managing transactions and projects. She graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2021 with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate and previously worked as an estate agent in Fulham. Outside the office she is a keen tennis player.
